I did t start this site to be a wellness guru; I started it because my life depends on the most of the gear I review. For most of my working life, I’ve traveled on some very unforgiving floors —with a 'perfect storm' of medical challenges: Scoliosis, Degenerative Disc Disease, and Sleep Apnea. I realized that for people like us, 'good enough' doesn't cut it. I created this platform to hopefully turn my personal experience into a roadmap for others.
