My personal story

The Story:

I didn't start this site to be a wellness guru; I started it because my life depends on the gear I review. For years, Ive traveled on very unforgiving floors in work situations,(concrete, tiled, etc.) with a 'perfect storm' of medical challenges: Scoliosis, Degenerative Disc Disease, and Sleep Apnea. I realized that for people like us, 'good enough' doesn't cut it. I created this platform to turn my personal experience with targeted into a roadmap for others. Whether it's finding the right LSO back brace or optimizing a CPAP setup, I only highlight the products that have earned a place in my daily recovery routine.
